i fasted today. I noticed i've been eating a lot of CRAP and i haven;t been eating regularly... etc etc. So I wanted to start over and I needed a... a beginning I guess. So I fasted today and tomorrow I'll start to do things right. I'm also very happy today and since Wednesday i;ve been giddy and excited... i don;t know why. I wrote about it in my notebook. maybe i'll jot it in here one day...
